Contributors: Mystus (mechanical development, fabrication,
electronics), BaAM Productions (design, project management).
Visitor Experience: Mechanical and electronic interactives
in a traditional museum setting. The exhibit components
dealt with the illustration of energy use in the region,
basic concepts in clean water issues, geological processes
that shaped the region plus phenomenon based activities
for visiting children.
Client Requirements: Delivering a product that
captured the intent and feeling of the broad stroke design.
Mystus Expertise: Mechanical interactive development.
Success in the project pivoted around solid integration
techniques in our shop that pulled together our talents
and those of our associate shops toward a seamless and
robust product.
Unique Features: Engaging interactive experiences
with strong rural and traditional museum feel.
Project Challenges: The biggest challenge was the
diversity of requirement, especially in the realm of mechanical
development.
