out a lottery like card. When done their selection they
would feed the card into a slot at the right, their meal
would be analyzed and they would receive an evaluation

information supplied by a government department. A microprocessor
controlled all the electronics. This included an optical
card reader, a single line display for visitor feedback
and a laser printer.

This was one of the most popular exhibits in the "Food"
show and remains one of the most popular in the OSC permanent
collection. The exhibit can accommodate many people at
the same time.
