Description:
This exhibit has computer and mechanical components. The
computer unit illustrates the Milankovich cycles and how
they may combine to make for colder and warmer climate
periods. The mechanical unit dramatically shows how simple
sine waves can combine to form complex waveforms in the
same way that the Milankovich cycles combine.
