Exhibit:
Peter Rabbit's Garden
Venue: International touring exhibit
Location: North America and Japan
Date: 2002
Client: Lord Cultural Resources
Visitor
Experience: Over 400,000 visitors to the Smithsonian's
Museum of Natural History in Washington interacted with
the touring exhibit "Peter Rabbit's Garden."
Given its high volume of activity, this exhibit required
Mystus's expertise in interactive hardware and installation.
The visitor experience features sophisticated features
such as a virtual 'walk' through a 360 panorama of Potter's
famous "Hill Top" garden and a giant projected
storybook. While the software of this project was created
and developed outside Mystus, our clients required a timely
approach to the flawless operation of the exhibit. Mystus
created a pre-tested, customized system that automatically
detects problems and shuts the hardware off. With solutions
like these, Mystus provides security and peace of mind
for touring exhibits.

Mystus

interactive installation development and pre-testing to
produce the back-up system under a tight deadline.
Unique
Features: To protect a costly UPS projection system
and other sophisticated hardware, we developed a battery-operated
back up that automatically senses power loss and continues
to run the system for five minutes while shutting down.
