A large array of food items are presented to the visitors. They select their preferences by ticking boxes on a lottery like card with a pencil. Many visitors can make their selections unhurried. When the procedure is completed, the visitors feed their card into a slot for analysis. Results about how balanced a meal they chose are printed out for them to read and take home.
