Interactive
Theatre
A
multi-language video theatre can be incorporated right
into the story line of an exhibition. An interactive
theatre can bring a drammatic presentation to Natural
History and contemporary issues related to conservation
and resource development. Video and film are an ideal
presentation technique for this type of information.
The theatre can be directly incorporated into the
design of the permanent exhibits and provide an intimate
space for small groups. Relatively inexpensive LCD
projectors are used with a DVD or solid state video
player. Any of several languages can be selected by
the visitor.
