The visitor selects a song and uses the faders on a real mixing console to mix the volume levels of the various tracks. The visitor can compare their mix to the official release mix. A computer is used to play back the individual tracks. This allows for quick selection amongst several choices, instant start and restart, low maintenance since no tape is involved, and the creation of an intuitive touch screen user interface.
