Testimonials
Milton
McClaskey, Associate Director, Ansel Associates, Inc.
Our choice was based on Matthew’s reputation among
people we knew and respected in the science center field,
his genuine experience in inventing and building interactive
science exhibits, and the enthusiasm and ideas he brought
to the proposal process... the bulk of his work for us involved
developing new exhibits - from concept through a long development,
prototyping and testing process to final design, fabrication
and installation. The range of skills that Matthew brought
to the exhibit development - computer programming combined
with solid electro-mechanical design and fabrication, together
with his understanding of visitor behavior and a genuine
excitement about science - resulted in very robustly designed
truly interactive exhibits packed with content.... Would
I hire them again? Absolutely!

Fox, Sr. Project Manager, BaAM Productions
Thank
you to you and your team at Mystus Exhibits for doing such
a terrific job developing and integrating the LED feature
into the North Bay Interactive Map Wall project. The project
required difficult graphics coordination and had an aggressive
schedule. Mystus Exhibits was able to improvise and adjust
the integration schedule accordingly; ultimately contributing
to the production of an incredible exhibit."
Yanick Dube,
National Manager, Heritage Services, Hudson's Bay Company
"Just as with the previous project, the Victoria Gallery,
time was pressed, but never was any decision taken lightly
for the sake of speed. We appreciated you and your staff's
dedication to ensuring all the details would be covered and
all possible porblems worked through to all their possible
implications before crafting a lasting solution.
What I appreciated the most from our working together is your
honest feedback on any idea or suggestion, bringing everything
down to the practical aspect of it. You asked the right questions:
what do we want to accompish, and what's the best way? The
course bring us there has to be practical and the solution
as elegant and simple as possible. Otherwise...costs increase,
and time would have to be created. In the end, creating the
best possible experience for our public is what matters. Whether
they are children taking part in our school program, adults
interested in our history, employees or retirees in want of
feeling a greater connection to their company, all our visitors
need to find their share in our galleries.
I can say: mission accomplished! "
Matt Sikora, Head of Educational Technologies, Detroit

"... During development of the CD-ROM, I especially appreciated
the efficiency of your design and production processes. As
I mentioned during our first conversation, the CD-ROM was
considered an "extra" component; although we had
hoped to complete it before opening, we understood that it
was unlikely given the remaining time. The quality and speed
of your work, however, allowed us to efficiently move through
the development process and the CD-ROM was installed for the
exhibit opening. ..."

"It has been a pleasure working with Mystus Interactus
on the development of interactive multimedia for museum
exhibitions. They are creative, responsive, thoughtful and
conscious of the end-user's needs in a museum setting."
Kenneth
Doyle, Associate Director - International Sales, Ontario
Science Centre
"Providing a true visitor experience is not an easy
task. It requires a wealth and breadth of experience, gained
only through the daily grind of "hands-on" trial
and error. Matthew brings that experience to the table,
solving an issue that we faced - with an exhibit that was
built over 10 years ago!"
Lawrence
Grant, Director, Guelph Museum
"Visitors to the Rogers@Home Growing Up in Guelph Children's
Museum have been very attracted by the Speakers' Corner,
leaving many messages for others to view. Both the concept
and equipment have functioned well. The recorded stories
of Guelph children are actively listened to both by parents
and their children in relation to the exhibitions on children
from various time periods. This equipment has been problem
free!"
Roman
Milo, Managing Partner and Creative Director, Engage Advertising
and Design
"Mystus Interactus and Matthew are our extended creative
family. A bit like a brilliantly eccentric uncle Jack that
can do absolutely anything with wood, wires and electrons.
How you do what you do is a mystery to us. But keep doing
it. Cheers."
Peter
Emond, President, Mirak Communications Inc.
We set out to create a sophisticated software program called
the Mirak
Knowledge System (MKS). The start up and early stages of
such a project are crucial to its success - in translating
dreams and designs into well defined tasks, schedules and
budgets. We decided it was too risky for us to project manage
this stage ourselves. So we contracted this area out to
a group that had successfully managed complex projects before,
Mystus. They accomplished what we hoped they would. The
MKS has turned into a very successful software program being
used by a growing number of academic and volunteer organizations.
You can check out the MKS at www.mirak.ca.
Aaron
Campus, Principal of Blink Multimedia
"The Canadian Scholarship Trust Plan required a complex
calculator for their most recent RESP sales tool CD-Rom
used by over 500 sales representatives in Canada. Mystus
Interactus' expertise in complex programming was essential
in creating and implementing this calculator. Seamless integration
with the graphics design framework given to them by Blink
Multimedia was essential to give this project one unified
feel. Mystus is the first choice of Blink Multimedia for
all Director-based programming needs."
Lisa
Heath, Senior Vice President, Virtual Learning Inc.
"Mystus has partnered with Virtual Learning in production
of high-quality, comprehensive CD-ROMs for the healthcare
industry. Mystus has provided excellent customer service
and creative solutions while maintaining solid technical
development. We would recommend Mystus to any company looking
for the very best in CD-ROM programming."
William
Tidball, Canadian Football Hall of Fame and Museum
Mystus helped develop a unique football kick exhibit from
the ground up. The Virtual Field Goal kick is a visitor
favourite allowing an exciting interactive experience. The
exhibit is virtually maintenance free.
Mystus developed the concept drawings for a travelling road
show exhibit. The drawings were included into the fundraising
package developed to help sell corporate sponsorships to
support the project.
Sandra Lucs, Vilnis Design Works

multi-media components, his willingness to tackle difficult
or challenging
jobs, and his reliability to deliver on budget and on time.
